Ingredients
Makes 1 latte
- 1 tsp Barista Edition Ceremonial Grade Matcha
- 2 oz hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbs pumpkin puree
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Steps
- Add milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to a medium sauce pan on low-medium heat. Whisk to combine ingredients.
- Once heated to your ideal temperature, remove pan from heat. Use a milk frother to froth your milk.
- Make a matcha shot! Sift matcha powder into 2 oz of hot water. Whisk or shake until frothy.
- Pour your pumpkin latte into a mug and top off with your matcha shot.
- Stir, sip, and enjoy!
