Preparation

Cookies & Cream

  • Separate cream from 4-5 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • Crush the cookies until small crumbs are set aside
  • Froth together 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream with the cream from the cookies 

Matcha Latte

  • Froth or whisk 1 tsp Jade Leaf Matcha with 1.5oz warm water (165 F) and set aside 
  • In serving glass, add ice and 5oz milk
  • Pour matcha on top
  • Add the cream and cookie
