Preparation
Cookies & Cream
- Separate cream from 4-5 chocolate sandwich cookies
- Crush the cookies until small crumbs are set aside
- Froth together 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream with the cream from the cookies
Matcha Latte
- Froth or whisk 1 tsp Jade Leaf Matcha with 1.5oz warm water (165 F) and set aside
- In serving glass, add ice and 5oz milk
- Pour matcha on top
- Add the cream and cookie
