Preparation:
Froth together:
- Your favorite Jade Leaf Matcha
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) heavy cream
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) milk
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
- 1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Matcha Latte
- Froth or whisk 1 tsp @jadeleafmatcha matcha powder with 2 oz warm water (165 F), and set aside.
- In serving glass, add ice.
- Add 5 oz milk.
- Layer matcha on top.
