A tasty, healthy treat that’s perfect for sharing. Just mix culinary matcha into Greek yogurt, add a little sweetness, and top it with your favorite goodies. So easy and sooo good!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsps Jade Leaf Culinary Matcha
- 2 tbsps maple syrup
- Toppings (I used freeze-dried strawberries and pistachios – yum!)
How to make it:
- Mix the yogurt, matcha, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Pour the mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread it out nice and even, as thick as you like.
- Sprinkle on all your fave toppings.
- Pop it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
- Break it up into pieces and enjoy!
