Matcha Frozen Yogurt Bark

A tasty, healthy treat that’s perfect for sharing. Just mix culinary matcha into Greek yogurt, add a little sweetness, and top it with your favorite goodies. So easy and sooo good!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsps Jade Leaf Culinary Matcha
  • 2 tbsps maple syrup
  • Toppings (I used freeze-dried strawberries and pistachios – yum!)

How to make it:

  1. Mix the yogurt, matcha, and maple syrup in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread it out nice and even, as thick as you like.
  4. Sprinkle on all your fave toppings.
  5. Pop it in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
  6. Break it up into pieces and enjoy!
