This fun, fall dessert can be made in just a matter of minutes AND gives you the caffeine kick you need to keep carving pumpkins all night long.
Ingredients:
- Organic Ceremonial Matcha - Barista Edition
- Vanilla ice cream
- Sparkling apple cider
Directions:
- Mix the matcha and water together to form a "matcha shot" - see our post here for 3 great ways to get it fully mixed!
- Add matcha to a glass
- Add a few scoops of ice cream
- Top off with sparkling cider
- (Optional) Sprinkle a dash of matcha or a drizzle of caramel to garnish, and enjoy!
