Matcha Caramel Apple Cider Float

Cold, bubbly, sweet-tart apple cider, creamy vanilla bean ice cream, and velvety matcha. Yes, it's as good as it sounds.

This fun, fall dessert can be made in just a matter of minutes AND gives you the caffeine kick you need to keep carving pumpkins all night long. 

 

 

 

Ingredients: 

 

Directions:

  1. Mix the matcha and water together to form a "matcha shot" - see our post here for 3 great ways to get it fully mixed!
  2. Add matcha to a glass
  3. Add a few scoops of ice cream
  4. Top off with sparkling cider
  5. (Optional) Sprinkle a dash of matcha or a drizzle of caramel to garnish, and enjoy!
