Ingredients
- 3 oz Freshly Pressed Cantaloupe Melon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1-2 Sage Leaves
- Pinch of Salt
- 1-2 tsp Jade Leaf Matcha
- 2 oz of warm or cold water
- Optional: tequila, mezcal or vodka to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your matcha: Whisk, shake, or froth matcha in 2 oz water until frothy. Set aside and let cool down if using warm water
- Add cantaloupe juice, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, sage leaves and salt in a cocktail shaker (plus alcohol of choice if making a cocktail version!)
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Fine strain the cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice
- Pour your matcha over the top and mix with a spoon or straw
