Preparation:
Matcha ice cubes
- Prepare the night before.
- Froth or whisk 1 tsp matcha powder with 8oz warm water.
- Pour into silicone mold and freeze overnight.
Maple Matcha Latte
- Froth or whisk 1 tsp Jade Leaf matcha powder with 2oz warm water (165 F), and set aside.
- In a serving glass, add the matcha ice.
- Add 1 tbsp maple syrup.
- Add 6oz milk.
- Layer matcha on top.
