"Nothing like a refreshing iced matcha - in fact it may be my all time favorite preparation. Brewing matcha cold results in the smoothest flavor profile, and can really draw out the sweet notes, with zero bitterness. Make sure to add the water first, then the matcha on top (to avoid any matcha getting stuck on the sides of the jar). Sometimes it helps to shake the jar in between pulses to make sure all the matcha gets mixed in."
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp Matcha
- 8oz Water
- Ice
Instructions:
Simply add 8oz of water and 1/2 to 1 tsp of matcha to your bullet, then blend! Add some ice and serve.
