Lili loves to drink matcha in the late morning, when she can take a moment for herself, make it at home, and really enjoy the process – always with her adorable pup Milo by her side.
When we asked what she loves about matcha, she told us: "I love how calming the process of making matcha is and that there are a variety of ways to use it — from a matcha americano, a matcha latte, or smoothie, to even having it in desserts!".
So, what’s her go-to recipe? Her current fave is an iced vanilla matcha with Jade Leaf, and it’s super easy to make:
- 1 tsp Jade Leaf Ceremonial Matcha
- 1 cup oat milk (her favorite at the moment!)
- 1–2 tsp vanilla syrup
- Ice
How to make it? Sift your matcha into a bowl, add 2oz warm water, whisk with an electric or bamboo whisk until frothy, pour it over ice, add oat milk and vanilla syrup, stir, and enjoy. Simple, refreshing, and totally delicious.
