The best way to enjoy a Harry Potter Marathon is with homemade Matcha Foam Butterbeer
Ingredients:
Matcha Topping:
- 1 tbsp Jade Leaf Match Latte Mix
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp butterscotch topping
Butterbeer:
- 3 cups cream soda
- 2 tbsp butterscotch topping
- 1 tsp butter extract
Preparation:
Matcha topping:
Combine matcha latte mix with water to make a matcha shot. Add heavy cream to the bowl of a stand mixer, followed by the matcha shot, and beat mixture until soft peaks from, about 5 minutes. Add butterscotch topping and powdered sugar, then gently mix using a rubber spatula.
Butterbeer:
Gather the cream soda, butterscotch topping, and butter extract. Add the butterscotch topping to a bowl, followed by the butter extract, then add about ¼ cup of the cream soda and stir. Add the remaining cream soda, stir, and divide the mixture between 2 glasses. Top with a generous amount of the matcha whipped topping. Dust with matcha to finish.
