Cranberry Syrup
- In a saucepan, combine 3/4 cup frozen cranberries, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain before storing in the fridge.
Cranberry Matcha Mojito Mocktail
- Froth or whisk 1 tsp Jade Leaf Organic Ceremonial Matcha Teahouse Edition with 1.5 oz warm water (165 F), and set aside
- In a serving glass, muddle fresh mint leaves.
- Add the juice of 1 lime.
- Add 1 tbsp cranberry syrup.
- (Optional) Garnish with mint sprig, lime slice, and frozen cranberries.
