Cranberry Matcha Mojito Mocktail

A delightful blend of vibrant cranberries and the subtle earthiness of matcha. This invigorating mocktail promises a burst of flavors, creating a festive and guilt-free indulgence for any occasion. 

Preparation

Cranberry Syrup

  • In a saucepan, combine 3/4 cup frozen cranberries, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup water.  
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Strain before storing in the fridge. 

Cranberry Matcha Mojito Mocktail  

  • Froth or whisk 1 tsp Jade Leaf Organic Ceremonial Matcha Teahouse Edition with 1.5 oz warm water (165 F), and set aside  
  • In a serving glass, muddle fresh mint leaves. 
  • Add the juice of 1 lime. 
  • Add 1 tbsp cranberry syrup. 
  • (Optional) Garnish with mint sprig, lime slice, and frozen cranberries.
