Cold Brew Matcha

There's something so beautifully refreshing about sipping on a Cold Brew Matcha. All you need to do is whisk or shake up a fresh matcha shot and pour it over iced water!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 tsp Ceremonial Grade Matcha
  • 8 oz cold water
  • Ice
  • (optional) sweeten to taste or squeeze in a fresh lemon wedge

Steps

  • Make a matcha shot by whisking or shaking matcha in 2 oz water
  • Fill a tall glass with ice, pour in 6 oz of cold water
  • Top off your drink with your matcha shot. Voila! You now have a cold brewed matcha!
  • If you're feeling extra fancy, feel free to use chilled sparkling water!
