Preparation
Spiced Apple Syrup
- In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar with 1/2 cup of spiced apple cider
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes
Sweet Cold Foam
- Froth together: 1tbsp heavy cream, 2 tbsp almond milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tbsp sugar
Matcha Latte
- Froth or whisk 1 tsp Jade Leaf match powder with 1.5oz warm water (165 F), and set aside
- In serving glass, drizzle with caramel sauce
- Add 1 tsp spiced apple syrup, ice and 6oz milk
- Pour matcha on top
- Top with sweet cold foam and nutmeg powder
