Caramel Apple Crisp Matcha

Fall flavors are here, and we couldn’t be more excited! This season we’re loving and all the cozy vibes it brings.

Spiced Apple Syrup:

  1. In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar with 1/2 cup spiced apple cider.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Set aside.

Sweet Cold Foam:

  1. Froth together:1 tbsp heavy cream, 2 tbsp almond milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tbsp sugar

Matcha Latte:

  1. Froth or whisk 1 tsp Jade Leaf matcha powder with 1.5 oz warm water (165°F), and set aside.
  2. In a serving glass, drizzle with caramel sauce.
  3. Add 1 tbsp spiced apple syrup, ice, and 6 oz milk.
  4. Pour the matcha on top.
  5. Top with sweet cold foam and a sprinkle of nutmeg powder.
